Esteem has developed
a state of art manufacturing facility for critical and heavy fabrication works.
The facility is located at Peth-Pargaon near Rajgurunagar (20 km from Chakan & 55
km from Pune) on Pune-Nasik national highway. The company is having 120,000 sqft.
land and the adjoining land of 100,000 sqft. is available on lease. The Company
has created 15,000 sqft. covered shade for present manufacturing activity,In future
we have planned for 75,000 sqft. of covered area ( total 5 such shades are planned.)
Salient features of factory can be briefed as –
In house tube bending facility (capacity upto 100NB SCH.80 ) acknowledges our manufacturing
capabilities .The 20 ton crane is installed in one bay having 60 feet span & 33
feet crane hook height. Factory also comprises plate rolling machine having rolling
capacity of 30mm thk plate with span of 2.5m for heavy fabrication. Drilling machines,
Lathes, auto pub cutting machines, air compressors, welding machines for GTAW, SMAW,
MIG, CO2 welding processes adds value to manufacturing processes.
